The breakfast wasn't to my taste, but the fried eggs were perfectly cooked. The air conditioning wasn't working properly for some reason; we had to remove the blankets and just use the duvet covers."

"This should be the best hotel in Chaoyang District; the facilities and environment are excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful. However, perhaps due to the location, and the hotel's focus on conferences, they don't seem to value individual guests. When I entered, I was pushing two suitcases alone, and two hotel staff members and a girl were chatting and laughing at the entrance, but no one paid any attention to me. I later discovered that the hotel doesn't have doormen. The tall computer desk at check-in and the staff there seemed arrogant. Most surprisingly, when ordering takeout, they wouldn't let the delivery person upstairs, there were no robots, and no hotel staff delivered it; I had to pick it up myself. I lost my room key while traveling, and they readily replaced it, but told me I'd have to pay 20 yuan to check out. The strange thing about this hotel is that while they offer all the services and facilities you could want, they are arrogant, indifferent, and give off a feeling of taking advantage of their size."

"Service: The receptionist was very helpful; she opened my can and reminded me to eat breakfast. She was really kind. If it weren't for her actions, I would definitely have complained to 12315 (China's consumer hotline) and other consumer complaint channels. Facilities: The facilities were extremely poor, like something from ten years ago. ① Hot water took ten minutes to get any. ② Dim lighting; none of the four lights were working. I almost thought it was a hotel. ③ The hairdryer stopped after less than 30 seconds. I asked, and it turned out to be overheat protection. Who has a hairdryer that overheats after only 30 seconds? I waited with wet hair for it to continue working, and then they said they would give me a replacement. I was a woman, just showered, wearing pajamas, at 10 pm, with wet hair, and after waiting 7-8 minutes, a middle-aged man in his forties came and immediately tried to open the door to check the power, as if worried I would break the hairdryer? It was terrifying. Don't book this hotel if you're traveling alone; the safety and equipment issues are combined. ④Upon checking in, you can see a completely exposed water pipe, about 3 meters long, right next to your bed. In this wasteland of concrete and dust, how did this pass a fire inspection? After seeing several of these issues piled up, I was already thinking about how to contact the hotline to report it, but then I remembered the girl at the front desk who even helped me break open a can of food, so I decided against it."
