I stay in Room 803. Room was spacious but the space between bed & TV cabinet was rather limited. There is a round table in the room which is useful for a, a business traveller. Room & bathroom were clean. The mattress was comfortable too. Breakfast was simple but fair. Not much of choices but covers both Western (bread, pastry, cereal, sausages) and Eastern (hot soap, dumpling, etc). Considering the price charges, I would give it at least a 4 star. The restaurant was clean and the ambient was cozy too. I will love to recommend it to my friends who is on business trip to CZ .

The atmosphere of the homestay is warm and unique, the room layout is very exquisite, the mattress and pillows are particularly comfortable, and I sleep well at night. The surrounding environment is quiet, parking is convenient, there is a large tea drinking area in the lobby, the clerk is very enthusiastic

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the waiter took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and even poured me a cup of tea. The hotel service was thoughtful and considerate, which was really good. Both software and hardware are well-equipped. The room was very clean and tidy, and it is worth recommending

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is located on Paifang Street. I thought I had to walk a long way, but I saw it as soon as I arrived at the intersection of Paifang Street. The big word ”Chao” on the hotel is quite conspicuous. There is a pick-up service, the breakfast is also great, the room facilities are all big brands, the staff's service is very considerate, and the room balcony can directly see the scenery of Paifang Street. It is a satisfactory accommodation experience.

The B&B is nice, and the exquisite decoration is the biggest highlight. From the wood-grain floor, decals, to the carpet in front of the bed, and the carvings on the headboard and chair back, these details are well done. The lobby, corridors, and rooms are full of exotic style, which fits the name of the B&B: Royal Marrakech. The location is central, and it is very convenient to travel. It is near Guangji Gate in the ancient city, and it takes only three minutes to walk there. The service is very considerate and thoughtful. There is a 24-hour front desk, and the B&B has achieved the service standards of the hotel, so that we can still enjoy thoughtful service when we arrive at the store in the early morning after getting off the red-eye flight. Thumbs up 👍 There is another detail. I forgot to bring the mobile phone charging cable when I went out. I originally wanted to rent a charger at the front desk, but the handsome guy told me that there was one in the drawer of the bedside cabinet. It was a surprise. I like the thoughtful consideration of the B&B ❤ Oh, by the way, the beef hot pot recommended by the front desk tasted good, and the rental electric car recommended by ”Chaoquwan” was also very convenient, which is much more labor-saving than walking around the ancient city and eating hot pot raw marinated! Next time I come to Chaozhou, I will continue to live here😄

This is a ”low-key luxury, niche and local” hotel. In the ancient city of Chaozhou, it is not difficult to find a unique B&B or hotel, but it is not easy to find one with Chaozhou cultural characteristics. Instead, you need to find the attentive service, environment and immersive experience of a five-star hotel. For a cultural experience, I believe there is only one Chaozhou Royal Hotel in Chaozhou. Unlike ordinary Internet celebrity hotels, the hotel will not be open to non-hotel guests or restaurant guests. This is a good thing for guests because you will not see the entire lobby filled with tourists calling in. Starting from the hotel gate, you can completely separate yourself from the busy streets of the ancient city and enjoy another world. Many people have already mentioned the thoughtful details of check-in, so I won’t go into details here. What particularly surprised me was the cultural experience arranged by the hotel. We stayed for three nights in total and participated in three different cultural experiences, including Teochew opera, colored porcelain experience and making red peach trees. They are not ordinary superficial experiences. The teachers in each project are representatives of the field. You can have in-depth communication with them and learn the foundation of Chaozhou traditional culture. It is particularly worth mentioning that the teacher of the Colored Porcelain Experience is a national-level intangible cultural heritage inheritor. I really benefited a lot from studying with him for a whole morning. Another thing that must be mentioned is the hotel's breakfast provision. In addition to the breakfast that can be delivered to the room, there is also a taste-seeking tour with the hotel butler in the streets in the morning, which is a very down-to-earth gourmet experience. So, even if the price seems not cheap, as long as you have stayed there, you will know that it is worth the money, because you are not just staying in a hotel, but in a living dictionary of Chaozhou culture!

We booked a river view king room, which was very satisfactory and exceeded our expectations. The room was big enough and fully equipped. If I really want to make a suggestion, I would add one or two bathrobes. I love the unbeatable river view. I can't see it enough during the day and at night. We watched fireworks on the night we stayed, and enjoyed tea around the fire in the camp the next day. I love it. I don't want to leave. The brother and sister at the front desk are very nice🥰

We were tossing between selecting Fortune  Hotel and another one closer to the centre of city . We were glad that we made the right choice in Fortune hotel for our two days holidays in ChaoZhou .  The hotel was very modern and new . The place was spotless clean and lobby reception was staffed by two very courteous young ladies . Our check in was swift and we were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor.  The bedroom was spacious and clean . There were coffee and Chinese tea making facilities. In the mini fridge, we were told the three cans of soft drinks were complimentary. The toilet was very hi tech stuff with automated water splashes and the seat was heated . Now you do not find these kind of toilet facilities in China .  Breakfast has a great variety and selection of food , ranging from soup noodle with meat balls , fried vermicelli , vegetables, fried shrimps, fried chicken nuggets , century egg lean pork porridge , fresh fruits etc.   With this selection of foods for breakfast, you would not be in an hurry to have lunch . The hotel is a bit away from the pedestrian mall in PaiFang Jie , ChaoZhou old town , about 15 minutes drive costing 11 RMB . But the cleanliness of the room and large variety of food for buffet breakfast compensate for the slight inconvenience of location. If you are coming in to ChaoShan HSR station , please take the public bus with number K2 for 9 RMB and the trip would take you to the entrance ( South Gate) of PaiFang Jie instead of paying 58 RMB for a DiDi ride . After you have walked the pedestrian mall and seen the GuangJi bridge , then you take a private car ride to the Fortune hotel for 11 RMB .  We would not hesitate to recommend to Trip members to stay at Fortune hotel and the decision is based on its spacious room cleanliness, delicious breakfast and friendly courteous lobby staff .

Environment: The environment is good and the stay is comfortable. I will come again next time. The location is very convenient. It is close to the exit of the subway station. There are also different restaurants and shopping malls suitable for business trips and tourism. There is a fish spa.

The hotel environment and service are very good. The facilities are convenient. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The design is reasonable. The room is nice. It is the first choice for staying. Satisfied
