Popular Chaozhou 4-star Hotels

Environment: The environment is good and the stay is comfortable. I will come again next time. The location is very convenient. It is close to the exit of the subway station. There are also different restaurants and shopping malls suitable for business trips and tourism. There is a fish spa.

You can go to the hotel from the airport bus line no.6 (to Chaozhou ) at the bus station no.2(chihu bus station) and walk back about 150 meters, cross the road and you will see the hotel. The location was nice. They have the mall near hotel(Buliding A, B, C) and the KFC really close to the hotel and we enjoy about heytea and chagee too. Staff don’t speak english, but they use a translator for communicate us. They were nice and don’t hesitate to help us although we don’t understand for each other. The real lobby is on the 5th floor. The breakfast was great. They have a cook noodle so you can use 3 noodles for them cook. And the soup was great.!!! And they also have a congee, fried rice, some stir fried meatball and vegetable, dim sum, salad, yogurt and bread zone. It’s so various.

Hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The little play area kept the kids entertained for hours. There's a cute little library with a selection of books. Good selection of local food for breakfast.

Great hotel. The service is excellent. Provide free laundry every day. Free tea and dessert every day, very tasty. The receptionist 6 and 10 gave us the best services, help and support. Les réceptionnistes 6 et 10 nous ont donné les meilleurs services, aide et soutien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais. Je réserverai à nouveau.

During 1January 2025 trip to our ancestral village in Shaxi Town to attend our relative’s wedding event , my party of 4 stayed at Lavande Hotel .We flew in from Xiamen and took hi speed train to ChaoShan station and only our relatives ferried us to Lavande Hotel in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is boutique sized and hotel interior inclusive of the rooms are modern and pleasant . Front office staff are polite and helpful ,housekeeping is adequate and breakfast is simple with cook to order noodle soup

1. There was a musty smell when entering the room. The bed sheet was a little damp. It was dry to the touch, but it felt sticky when I lay on it. I called the front desk, and they asked the customer service to handle it. I could hear the customer service's reluctance from a distance. They went into the room to change it, and kept emphasizing that the bed sheet had been changed that day. We said that it was damp when we lay down. The customer service kept telling us that it was not damp, and that there was no sticky feeling after the change. I was speechless and had a very bad experience. 2. The sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear the sound of water running next door, and the sounds of other guest rooms closing and opening doors and walking outside can be heard very clearly.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The staff are very good and respond promptly. They greet you when you come in and out. It's my first time staying at the Lavande brand and it's very good. I will come again if I have the chance.

The room is intelligent and the children like it very much. The service is also very good and warm and thoughtful. Brother Baoan is very friendly to remind that there are not many parking spaces. Try not to drive out at night, otherwise there will be no parking space when you come back.

This is my third time here. It is my first choice every time I come to Chaozhou. Parking is convenient and it is also convenient to go to the ancient city. After the renovation, it is much more elegant. There are smart toilets, smart curtains, and Xiaomi's big TV, which is super good.
