Be careful-scammers! We arrived at the hotel on the evening of January 11, 2023 with a small child of 2 years and 4 months. We checked into the hotel and paid 16,800 rupees in cash for three nights. When they came to the room, they were stunned by its unsanitary condition. The room is all in mold, all shabby and did not match the photos on the Booking com website. The bed linen was stained and terribly dirty. The toilet was smeared all over with the feces of previous guests. The management changed the linen and washed the toilet. Since we were very tired after the flight and our daughter wanted to sleep, we had to stay. My wife had to wash the bed as it was all dirty. Closer to night, huge rats began scurrying around the room. We locked ourselves in the bedroom and didn't sleep all night because we heard rats running around in the living room. The room has a terrible smell of mold and, in the morning, a sore throat began. The child started coughing terribly. They began to examine the pillows, and they turned out to be all black from mold. Exhausted and not sleeping for a second, they went out into the living room and saw that the rats had torn the baby's dress, which they had not closed in the suitcase. We decided to immediately escape from this terrible place. The money was not returned to us. Be careful the hotel is almost empty. They are scammers. It's a creepy place!

While the property may seem attractive at first, it’s simply not worth the safety hazard that accompanies it. As a group of 7 girls, we booked the property to celebrate a special occasion. However, a male staff was peeping into our room late at night and the rest of the management did absolutely nothing to support us or address our grievance. In fact, to add salt to our wound, they sent the same boy to clean our room the next day (even after knowing the events of the previous night). The concerned staff member threatened us by saying he’s a local and we shouldn’t mess with him. Once again, the management provided us with no relief. Worried for our safety, we left the place after the first night (we had booked it for the entirety of our stay in Goa) and checked into another hotel. It’s a great property being run with greater recklessness. My suggestion, as of the other 6 girls, would be to look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. As one of the 7 girls who went on a trip there, my experience was marked with a legitimate fear. Even the female staff (Ms Isha and Sonam) refused to us offer any assistance until the police were involved. It’s absolutely terrible to have a *** look into our room at night and come to our terrace without any intimation, be threatened by him and then remain unsupported by the staff. Would simply not recommend booking the place.

Lillywoods is the ideal place for a vacation in goa. Clean and well done up rooms, boutique style, efficient staff and well located. A special thanks to Reema who from the beginning of my booking till the last day was there to answer all my queries, patiently and helped me with anything I wanted. Sonam’s smiling face at the reception was always very welcoming. All in all a great experience! Full marks to team Lillywoods

We stayed here from 14-17th May. The service was terrible and we wasted 48k for 3 days. Would recommend not to waste your money on such a hotel. Mismanagement at its peak. Everyday was a struggle we spoilt out holiday
