I stayed during the National Day holiday in October. It was also my first time staying at the New Hope Crowne Plaza Hotel! Overall, it was very good.
First of all, I am very grateful to Bell, the front desk who helped me before I arrived at the hotel. He helped me upgrade the room type and arranged a welcome gift!
1. The room is very good. It is an 80-square-meter double balcony suite. The room is very grand and there is a place to cook, although it was not used. The layout of the room is very reasonable. The happiest thing is that I can see the sun and breathe fresh air on the balcony early in the morning!
2. The big sister who cleaned the floor where I stayed was also very good. I don’t remember her name. She had short hair and worked quickly and well!
3. There is a buy-one-get-one-free activity for small cakes in the lobby bar, which is still very cost-effective, but not delicious! Hahaha, the raw coconut latte is also hard to drink... The packaging is also ugly... And when I checked out, I didn’t ask if I was a member before checking out. When I signed the bill, I found that there was no discount, so I asked weakly if members could get a discount. The reply said yes... Then why didn’t you ask at checkout, but only said yes after I asked the question?
4. When I ordered room service, the caller said that I would get a bottle of Sprite for 5 yuan, but when it was delivered to the room, I was told that I had to order a set meal, and there was no member discount on the bill. When I signed the bill, I saw that there was a problem, so the deliveryman went back to re-sign the bill. After I signed in again, I was given Sprite for free to apologize. I think it was a waste of time... There was no discount at the lobby bar, which made me feel that as a member, I did not enjoy the dining discount I deserved! Although the price difference was only a few yuan, it was a bit uncomfortable.
5. The breakfast was not rich, and there was nothing to eat... Alas!
6. The most uncomfortable thing for me was that I had already noted that the preference was First Arrival. I didn't know where the front desk was when I entered the lobby. Now the person at the door looked down at his phone, glanced at me and didn't say hello to me, so I had to find the front desk myself.
7. The guy who checked me in should be an intern. I felt quite unfamiliar with him.
8. I was confused that when I went to the front desk to ask for the bill the night before I checked out, I was asked to leave my email address. Wouldn’t my membership number be linked to my email address when I booked the Ctrip IHG member price? As a result, I was delayed for a long time to get a bill. There were guests who kept urging me. At that time, there was only one front desk staff, which made me very embarrassed. I could only fill it out in a hurry and go back to the room.
9. I also want to thank the girl in black clothes on the day of check-in. Because my first reservation was two breakfasts, and the second reservation did not have breakfast, she helped me split it through communication, and I had one breakfast every day! The girl in black clothes was also very reliable. I was afraid that there would be problems with the points, so I specifically told her that I would settle the additional dining expenses and switch reservations after settlement. She had all the records handed over. Speaking of breakfast, I still have to thank the waiter. She was in the restaurant for two days and she remembered me. I think this moment is very happy! ! !
Finally, because I promised Bell that I would give a full score evaluation, and
plus the hotel stay was not bad! It's just some details that can be improved. I think if I have another chance, I will still choose New Hope Crowne Plaza Hotel!
