My stay at the St. Regis was honestly such a pleasant surprise. I had read some mixed reviews before, but everything turned out way better than expected. The room was really spacious, which made a big difference, and breakfast was included, which I really appreciated.
The butler service stood out the most,they were super attentive without being over the top. I loved the little touches like 24-hour Grapefruit tea n coffee, and the fact that they can help with unpacking or packing luggage. It saved me time and felt very thoughtful. The fruit plate in the room was also generous and fresh, which was a nice detail.
Overall, it was a delightful stay and I’d definitely recommend🥳

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the bed was a bit soft, but not a big deal for us. The service was excellent, and the doorman provided exceptional assistance and a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

地址就在春熙路，太古裏附近，走路十五分鐘就可以到達，相對於其他同等級的酒店，房間很大，床墊特別舒服。酒店每天提供茶飲或者咖啡，打擾衞生也很及時，會在你出門的間隙高效的完成。

不愧是瑞吉，從下車的第一秒開始就能感受到工作人員熱情的服務態度，因為等待入住久了一點，給我們在大堂咖啡吧免費提供了兩杯飲料，出去逛了一圈回到房間發現已經完成了開夜床服務，房間也很大設施設備都維護的很新，早餐也非常豐盛。

這次是家裡沒人，一個人過來騎行旅遊，之前上海住瑞吉很多，想着體驗下成都瑞吉。瑞吉坐落在非常方便的春熙路 太升南路街區，這裏便利度拉滿。一下車，我就看到恆大集團成都瑞吉幾個大字，瞬間我就回想起來了經濟上升期那份榮光。進入房間，雖然是基礎房型，但是我覺得酒店給的實在太多，房間太大了！因為要騎行，所以租了一台車，禮賓部非常體貼的給我存在禮賓部，用車很方便。第一天騎行後，在秀餐廳吃自助餐，那位很年輕的餐廳領班非常禮貌客氣，看到她讓我想到了當年那個年輕的自己，那一刻我潸然落淚。最後一天因為太堵，我 14:05 才趕到酒店退房，管家非常體貼的幫我延長了一會，讓我光速洗澡 check out，讓這次騎行之旅畫下了完美的句號

早餐品種豐富，竟然有缽缽雞。房間層高很高，住起來很舒服，房間也比較智能化，智能燈光 窗簾 馬桶 電視等，服務相應速度也很快，健身房24小時開放，晚上22:00還去擼鐵了，全套泰諾健設備，很贊。距離ifs和太古裏步行可達。

離ifs衹有十多分鐘步行路程，去吃了個自助餐散步回來正合適。在JW萬豪和瑞吉之間糾結，最終退了萬豪的房費選擇瑞吉，被它的無邊泳池吸引了，酒店泳池開放到晚上10點，房間也很大，乾淨衞生。床品睡着很舒服。下次還會選擇瑞吉。
