衞生：真的好惡心，我們莫得人抽煙，結果窗子邊這個樣子，洗手枱上也像沒有擦過一樣，馬桶裏麪也有黃色的印子
牙刷比刷鞋子的刷子還硬，搞不懂。
從來沒有住過這麼差勁的酒店，前台那個服務員也是很不專業的樣子

酒店在一個商務樓裏面，人流很大，公共區域衞生差。想要安靜衞生的多考慮！入住當晚前台接待全程黑臉，貌似欠她倆八百萬！套間房屋的中控是一個系統操作也是醉了，一屋開關燈全屋一起黑亮！沒有休息的大桌子，就一把椅子！軟件配置欠佳！餐廳貌似是外包的，白天是經營棋牌茶水，餐食不要有太大期許，如果可以儘量外賣（第一次勸人吃外賣😂😂😂）或外出用餐！（誰敢保證白天棋牌室早上帶孩子長者去吃早餐的地的衞生！最起碼的煙味都沒排乾淨！！！）我想説作為西南第一大城市，全國四季旅遊城市之一！酒店基本配置及人文素養服務觀念都趕不上三線城市普通連鎖酒店也是無知到底了！！

因為第二天要去熊貓基地選了這家，硬件上來説房間入室門很不隔音，旁邊的房間離的也很近，晚上有人在外面大聲説話，就跟沒關門一樣。這個樓裏有別的酒店，晚上還有人往門縫裡塞小卡片，房間很小，我個人對味道很敏感，在房間裏一直咳，四個枕頭有兩個沒換枕套，大晚上的也沒再找前台。去熊貓基地雖説比較近但也要開車20分鐘左右，沒有其他人説的那麼近。前台小姑娘服務態度非常好，就是酒店跟秦皇島麗楓差別還挺大的。

看熊貓首選的酒店，比那些雖然離得更近但各方面性價比都不如它，而且它家坐公交車不用換乘30分鐘左右直接就到熊貓基地門口了，超級方便，旁邊有超市和宮廷糕點鋪，葱香酥超級好吃，麗楓真的是住過一次就會愛上並念念不忘的酒店，這次終於趁着特價三百多帶着孩子來體驗了，孩子超喜歡，自助早餐超級豐富，床墊舒服，房間的躺椅，沐浴音樂，小零食，小孩專用牙具和拖鞋，機器人幫送礦泉水到房間，智能窗簾，空氣凈化器，觸感吹風機，最最愛的當然是洗浴液的香味了，兒子洗後香噴噴的，我超愛聞他。啥時候要去買點麗楓的薰衣草洗浴產品回家享用，太棒了。

入住體驗直接拉滿！最驚喜的就是酒店距離熊貓基地超近，早上不用趕早高峯，打車過去十幾分鍾就能到，能趕上熊貓最活躍的進食時段，近距離看圓滾滾啃竹子也太治癒了！
房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，晚上回來能徹底放鬆。前台服務也很貼心，還主動給我們分享了熊貓基地的遊覽路線和最佳觀賞點。下次來成都看熊貓，這家酒店絕對是首選，推薦給計劃來玩的朋友啦
