Chengdu Qingyang District Hotels

The location is great and can access to many places via mrt. We love that the hotel is in a resident area where it is not so touristy and get to enjoy the local food (where local eat). Overall the service from the hotel is great and they are vry attentive. Definitely next time if we travel again as family we will stay here. Anyway small remark to hotel. Even though we stay in non smoking floor and room. But somehow we can still detect ppl smoking. Not sure it is because the ac is centralised and some floors are allowed for smoking, so there are still some smell. Overall we are happy with our stay☺️

I actually stayed for one night here and extended another night because I wanted to experience more areas in Chengdu. The front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. The lady even upgraded my room to better one, very kind of them. Our stay was really nice and pleasing, we got enough space for two person and the room have smart function while toilet also comes with bidet. Hot water temperature also stable and can stay quite a while to soothe our tiredness from long day. The bed also comfortable to slept in, not forget to mention the cute tea table on our room which is nice to use. The area also close and walking distance to shopping or food area, definitely good one!

Really nice hotel near excellent amenities. Can walk to both 宽窄巷子 and 人民公园. Service communication via WeChat is good. Bed quality can be improved. Walking with luggage between the metro station and hotel can be difficult due to roadworks and other construction. Suggest using DiDi to and fro airport or high speed rail station.

The hotel exudes a rustic charm that adds to its unique appeal. While there are no lifts, the staff are always ready to assist with carrying luggage, which I greatly appreciated. The hospitality was truly outstanding, with special mention to staff member 石远志. When I fell ill during my stay, he went above and beyond to ensure my well-being by personally escorting me to the clinic and offering salt-sugar water for recovery. His attentiveness and care were heartwarming. Overall, the staff were incredibly hospitable and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service!

Warm, peaceful, and full of love — thank you! 🌸 We truly loved our stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed linen was so soft and gentle. The mattress and pillows were the best we’ve ever had — it felt like home. Even though I usually don’t sleep well in this time zone, I finally got real rest here. The private in-room pool was a big surprise for our children — they were so happy and excited! It made our stay very special. Everything in the hotel is made with care and love, from the room design to the smallest details. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful — thank you so much for your warm welcome and support! A Truly Exceptional 9-Day Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu We recently spent 9 days and 8 nights at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service at the Club Lounge was outstanding—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. Jacey, Jasmine, Cathy, Ricky, and Ann truly made our stay memorable. They not only greeted us by name but also remembered our usual preferences, making each visit to the lounge feel special and welcoming. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out every single day. We also want to highlight the efficiency of the room service reception and room service team, who were consistently swift and responsive in attending to our requests. Whether it was a simple need or a last-minute call, the service was prompt and courteous every time. A big thank you as well to the concierge team for handling our transport needs so smoothly. Special thanks to Evan, who went above and beyond to help us secure entrance tickets to the Panda Research Base when we had trouble booking it ourselves. There were many other team members who contributed to making our stay comfortable—even though we didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, we sincerely appreciate their dedication. Thank you to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu for making our visit so enjoyable and seamless. We truly look forward to returning again in the future.

If only i could rate 6 stars i would!!! Their hospitality is superb A+++ and i’m already feeling nostalgic. 😍😍😍 A good staying experience made my trip so memorable. Cleanliness is top notch, they would do daily cleaning upon request. Washing machine is provided so it’s actually very convenient for travellers who travel long period and they even voluntarily asked to send to our room if we are out. 🤩 They gave me written letters which i appreciate a lot and some little gifts which showed how thoughtful they are!! Another amazing thing is i accidentally left my stuff and i was already in chongqing, they helped to arrange to deliver it to my designated stay. 🤩🤩 Location wise if you dont mind a bit of walking to the train station (tong hui men) around 5 mins approximately, it’s all good. you can travel by bicycle on the road. Feeling so lucky and blessed that i decided on this hotel. 🥰
