An excellent stay! The quality of a five-star hotel is always top-notch, but it was truly elevated by the thoughtful service. I especially want to commend our butler, ”Master Brother” (Dashi Xiong). He was incredibly welcoming, provided impeccable service, and even arranged a complimentary breakfast for us. It was fantastic! Five stars all around.

My stay here was excellent. The butler, Anna, provided attentive and thoughtful service, always addressing me politely by my surname. The overall living environment was comfortable and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The next day, I contacted her to extend my stay, and she responded promptly and handled everything efficiently. During my stay, she even kindly brought fresh fruit and added breakfast, showing great attention to detail. The service was absolutely top-notch, highly recommend! 👍
