A great stay experience, the hotel room has a washing machine and kitchen, which is very convenient. The front desk is located on the third floor and in the lobby on the first floor, which is very safe. There are security personnel on duty 24 hours a day, and they will help to clean the elevator. The staff were also very enthusiastic, and Zoey was very friendly. She helped me because I needed to book a car to travel to Leshan, and I couldn't communicate with the driver. I asked her to help translate for me.

This hotel is very comfortable to stay in, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. There is a washing machine in the room, clothes can be dried, and there are refrigerators, induction cookers and other home appliances. The takeaways ordered are delivered to the room by robots. There is a small shopping mall next to the hotel, which is quite convenient. Melody Freya at the front desk is enthusiastic and meticulous in her service. The auntie in the room also cleans very carefully, which makes me feel the warmth of home and the perfect combination of high-quality service and comfortable environment. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chengdu on a business trip next time. It is a very good hotel and basically meets my needs.

The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance (an easy 25 minute stroll) of Tianfu Square, the Chengdu Museum, Chengdu Library and the Science and Technology Museum. It also has a metro station next to its entrance offering metro line 1 which takes one directly to quite a few landmarks for a mere 2 yuan. Didis and taxis are also easy to book or flag down in that location. The reception staff are generally helpful but special mention must be made of the outstanding concierge division : Cloudy and Cinderella are particularly congenial and deserve high praise. The one drawback is the breakfast room which can be very chaotic during peak hours, especially when large coach tours arrive.

Location, location, location! Only take 2 minutes walking from Chunxi Road MRT - Exit E1 and IFS/Taikoo Li, also easily access to other attractions by mrt. There are many local restaurants, hotpot and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and working 24/7 which help us check-in at 3AM, though they dont tallk english but can communicate through translate app. The room is clean, hot water is good. The breakfast is simple. We definitely book again the hotel when come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel was comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. My only minor niggle was that at breakfast I asked the chef for a soft yolk egg, as the Chinese prefer to cook the yolks until hard. He said no. But as I left after finishing my breakfast, I saw soft yolked eggs now available. Perhaps it was my poor Chinese and he hadn’t understood what I asked for. Hope so. Also, I’ve stayed in hotels in China that provide real bacon for breakfast, not the reconstituted stuff lots of places use. Sadly, this wasn’t one of them. I live in hope.

Friendly staff. Walking distance to shops, theatre, restaurants and amenities. A friend dropped her watch which they kept it for us until we returned to Chengdu 10days later. We joined the tour company located on the ground floor with a reasonable price. Overall we had a great experience with the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone, it is a child-friendly hotel too.

We stayed 4 nights here and mostly enjoyed the experience. The location was good and easy to get to most attractions. The beds were comfortable – not too hard and not too soft. The pillows were also a good firmness and not too thin as many Chinese pillows are. Trip.com’s diamond system is a bit misleading. Trip.com rates this as a 4 diamond hotel but it’s more like a 3 star hotel. The positives: free washing machine use. Delicious buffet breakfast. No noise coming from adjacent neighbours. Good service. The negatives: the carpet was dirty. One of our rooms smelt of mildew so we requested a new room which did not smell. There was a fair bit of noise from the street outside coming in from the windows in our room - such as cars honking, loud jingles playing from shops, people shouting etc, but it pretty much stopped by midnight. One of our rooms also was next to the elevator which was noisy and we asked to be moved which they accomodate.

We had a great time staying in the Grand Parcvue for 4 nights from where we would travel out each day to the countryside for sightseeing. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful in merging out separate bookings into a 3-bedroom residence. Special shoutout to Queena Li and Mira Yang for their great customer service during our stay. Breakfast is fantastic as well, and we were pleasantly surprised that there is a pickleball court in addition to a swimming pool. Our young children enjoyed the indoor children's playground as well. Clearly a great team led by their General Manager Jason whom we met in the lobby. The serviced residence are perfect for families with children and they are very spacious and clean.

The hotel is close to Wenshu Monastery Metro station (Line 1, 5-10min walk) and a good starting point for travelling in all directions. The staff at the reception was nice and they tried their best to explain everything to us in English (translating tools are very helpful/needed here in general!). Although the hotel has a non-smoking policy (signs are up everywhere), nobody really cares and the lobby as well as the room had a cigarette smell. Nevertheless, the hotel and the room was very clean, although the glorious times of the Celebrity are over. It is a bit old and could need some renovation during which they could also install a noise protection that cancels the sound from your neighbors (we had someone next to us snoring all night and we could perfectly hear it). However, the breakfast compensated for a lot. The selection of mostly Chinese dishes was amazing. Overall, the hotel has a fair cost/performance ratio and we can recommend it.
