Convenient location if you want to see the pandas, just 5 min away by 3bike. As soon as I checked in, I received practical information via wechat. Communication was very easy. The staff was very helpful. They helped me to book the entrance ticket via wechat as there was no translation. They even used their phone number as I did not have the chinese number. Very nice, it's worthy of being a hotel near the panda base. There are many panda elements in it. The slippers in the bathroom are 🐼. I went out too early to see the flowers. When I came back to rest at 11:00, the front desk also gave me earplugs because the fifth floor seemed to be under renovation that day. Putting on the earplugs did not affect my rest at all. Nice!

This stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! The hotel's location is superb, really close to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. We got there quickly in the morning without having to rush, which made seeing the pandas so convenient. Transportation is also excellent; it's easy to get around by bus or taxi to other city attractions, restaurants, or shopping, saving a lot of time and effort. The biggest surprise was the laundry service – being able to wash and dry clothes while traveling was incredibly thoughtful and solved a major hassle. The breakfast also deserves praise. There was a great variety, including Chinese options like congee, noodles, buns, and steamed bread, as well as Western choices like bread, coffee, and salads. Every morning we could try something different, and it was both nutritious and delicious. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everything. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu!

Walking distance to panda base. Think of this like you would an air bnb it's a normal Chinese apartment converted to two sleeping rooms ( one bed in the ' lounge ' ) , cute panda decoration . Note kitchen pans rusty and if its an issue to you the toilet is squat toilet with a lid for when you shower. Smart lock on the door, communicate with the host via wechat . Host is helpful.
