The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the stadium where the Kanye show took place. However, the breakfast provided at the hotel is quite basic and could definitely be improved.

不錯的酒店，在澄迈和海口之间。尤其值得夸赞的是他們的餐厅，味道很好，不仅本邦菜连徽菜臭鱖魚都很正宗，給我們留下很美好印象。交通比較方便，公交车去海口市区也方便。

攜程第一次差評先説硬件，淋浴花灑像**了一樣平時沒人維護嗎？而且前後漏水，衞生間和淋浴在同一房間，而且淋浴間沒有任何一個可以放東西的地方，自帶的洗面奶沐浴露牙刷等衹能放在馬桶上，置物架很貴嗎？再説衞生淋浴間的衞浴盒用手一摸流黑湯這是海南不是礦洞，水龍頭都包漿了平時沒人檢查沒人管理嗎？民宿也不會這樣吧！一宿被蚊子咬醒無數次，在海南在亞熱帶屋裡沒有驅蚊器放了一瓶驅蚊花露水過份了吧!最後驅蚊貼貼的身上床上枕頭上哪哪都是，把空調調到20度才能睡着，這哪是休息就是渡劫啊，這是用攜程十幾年第一條差評!

哎呀呀！他家的洗衣機太無語了🤦♀️…，對待客人的態度也傲慢無禮，沒到工作時間不能關機，否則你就取不出來衣服。傍邊也沒有寫文字提醒，工作人員也不回答不清楚，衣服就是取不出來，問了客房説不知道，來回樓下樓上找人，耽誤了兩個小時。都退完房了還在一樓大廳等衣服，最後有個穿深色西裝微胖的女人領了一袋衣服走到前台，態度和語氣都很差地説看看少什麼東西，我當時就不樂意了，耽誤了我倆小時，我還沒生氣呢，何着我還的看你臉色。很傲慢且嗓門很大的説我平時就這樣。無語至極……看樣子也是個管理層，就這服務水平，對客人都傲慢無禮，對下屬也好不到哪去。可以去查監控視頻，大家避雷吧……

房間是不錯的，就是服務跟不上，前台態度屬實有點不好，跟他説話很不耐煩，攜程上寫的房間在1-7層，兩間房都給1樓，房間後面就是別人的小區，根本不敢打開窗簾，預訂的時候兑換的歡迎水果到退房了都沒看到，做預訂的時候不看內容的嗎？
