It was a pleasant stay here, convenient for US visa. Room was spacious. Staff is very polite. They are supportive. Prefer to stay.

Great service Very good hospitality Great food. Everything was good. The staff was very nice and the rooms were really clean. Service at the restaurant was also really good. Overall really impressed by the hotel. And would recommend it. Thanks a lot.

The hotel is centrally located away from the busy streets. We booked a family room for five nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay at RATHNA Residency and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Poor hotel and overpriced . Resturant breakfast is very basic. Avoid lunch and dinner there if you happen to stay, they can't cook well . Poor service overall. Although room is newly done. We also saw mosquitos. Avoid the hotel if you can, this is more of a housing complex than hotel.

The stay in Rathna Residency was a pleasant experience. I booked the hotel based on reviews, and it didn't go wrong. The best part about the stay was the neat and spacious rooms, which were well-maintained and minimalistic. Staff were welcoming, transport was available and close to the major offices I had to visit. Breakfast was simple and good. My only suggestion would be to improve the coffee. A nice cup of warm filter coffee in madras will be a recipe for perfection. Overall it was a hassle-free, safe and refreshing stay!

Highly overpriced hotel for basic facilities.. Basic amenities in the room... No hand towels, iron, hairdryer or mini fridge.. Breakfast was pretty basic too... Staff were polite and welcoming... Location is pretty central.. Not worth for what they charge

Hospitality and service is excellent or the hotel .It is also great location with best room cleaning.Moreover, hotel is having good food service.The hotel staff is more carrying and loving. It is worthy against to the rate charged by the hotel.

The staff is really helpful and responsive. They are well versed in recommendations for local places to see and explore. Food is also amazing and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend a stay here. Location is close to embassy and easily accessible by metro.
