"I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet. Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends. The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!"

The restroom was equally impressive, with an automatic toilet seat that sanitizes itself and stays warm — a small but luxurious touch. A nice bonus: you can request complimentary cut fruits every night, which is great for digestion, especially when traveling. Breakfast was definitely worth adding on; for the price, the quality exceeded expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful comforts and great value. Highly recommended."

Minus points: Staff at reception morose and need training. Rarely smiling or making eye contact. They seem unaware of shopping areas in city or attractions in city and not helpful with queries. Lobby is dated with old furniture. Also noisy and infested with mosquitoes. No newspapers at lobby. Not 5 star standard."
