Good and cozy rooms.. this booking was from my company side..and I think it's a good choice though.. near to 2 metro stations... Good room at this rate... .. near to shopping malls also... Food varieties of stalls nearby ... Overall a pleasant stay

It was a business stay from our company.. all staff are very attentive and helpful energetic also .. reception staff are very polite and humble... Location is also good... Stay was comfortable.. rooms are cozy and peacefully stay... Overall everything was good

It was a company side booking, it was a great experience as all the staffs over there very friendly and home , cheap rates yet good stay , near to the metro station and shopping malls and variety of food stalls..food options... Good for foodie person

Very pathetic experience we had... The bedsheets and pillow cover were not changed. And there was no drinking water in room. They kept water bottle with MRP. ₹10 but charged ₹63 for 1 litter bottle. Single bread omelet was charged ₹150. The coffee which they gave was like 😭😭😭 no words to express. And the complementary breakfast was not worth for the money we pay. Finally the parking, they have banquet party hall. When we stayed, there was a function, so they asked to take our car outside and we stayed in our car for car safety. After the function, at late night like 11.00 we parked inside. Already we booked room to take rest. But they didn't allow us to take rest. Overall experience was tooooooo bad. I don't recommend this. Money we pay is not worth for this Maple tree hotel.

I happened to stay in Maple Tree Vadapalani, for a family function. The rooms are very basic and over rated. The lift is horrible, its too small and shaky. They didnt provide towels, soap, etc. The pillows and bed spreads were not clean. The most horrible experience was using the washroom. The flush unit completely comes out even if you touch it. Water clogging problem was also there. The tap was not working to change from shower. When called for support, a plumber was sent who spoiled the floor with his dirty shoes entering into the bathroom, and even for courtesy sake, he didn't clean it. Overall, I wont suggest to book this property.

For the first time, I have had bad experience with a hotel despite of good ratings on trip advisor. I am still surprised that tripadvisor ratings are 5/5 where as google ratings are at 4.1 After closer look I found that this place has function/party hall which is good but for stay this place is not recommended at all. Here is my detailed experience. I booked the room for 2 days. We were allocated a room and just walking into the hotel corridor/lift, I started to feel the place is unhygenic but hoping room would be better. Rooms are old, dirty with lots of marks, bedsheets had marks, bathroom has pegion poop and wings and so on ( pls see attached pics). For the first time I had to call cleartrip ( through which I booked the hotel) and complain. They changed the room and even the new room is similar just without pegion stuff. Dont get fooled by the pictures here as they are not at all close to reality. Food was decent in restaurant but restaurant area is not clean as well. Not at all recommneded for families. Lot of hospitals near by and the crowd that checks in is usually looking for cheaper option to stay around. Only sensible person in staff was Sandhya at reception desk. Other than that staff looks at you as why are you complaining about pegion stuff as if its normal. We got two beds ( for 3 people) and the single bed you can feel the spings when sitting and it physically hurts ( same case in both rooms we stayed). We couldn't wait to get out of this hotel as early as possible.

I was attend my friend's daughter birthday party, i got very worst experience in the hotel & my friend told me, not worth for paid money of food very bad, wast of money. Don't book this hotel any events & rooms...

I stayed in maple tree hotel for 5 days for training in chennai.the hotel was very nice and restaurant food was very good and hygiene.they give lot ah complementary for us.we enjoyed the five days.i lke maple tree
