it saddens me to say this .. but this place is not business class as it tells ... firstly, cleanliness was bad and even the reception staff was not welcoming and not well dressed. its not my type.

The app says that I can check in after noon, but when I arrived at around 2pm, the staff made me wait for an hour before I could check in. The room was not as advertised and was dirty.

“I booked a 144 sqft Sand Deluxe Room but received a much smaller room, approximately 100 sqft, with a tiny toilet. The hot water was inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The only positive was the good air conditioning.”

The worst hotel experience ever.showed beautiful pictures of this hotel but in actual it is a very old and worn out property. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights but had to move out early bcs of the rude behaviour of the receptionist and the staffs and the terrible condition of their rooms. All the rooms are dirty, filled with cockroaches and other insects. The bathrooms are worst with broken taps and shower handles. The complimentary breakfast is pathetic and on top of all this the hotel receptionist and other staff members act as if they are doing a favour by letting us stay in their hotels. The linen and bedsheets are extremely dirty and stained. The hand facet of the toilet broke and yet after repeated complains it was not rectified. Toiletries are not given until asked.
