Location is very close to central metro and mgr railway station. Staff are also well-behaved. Rooms are well maintained as well.

Was quite mixed. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, which made getting around easy, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was a plus. However, i was allocated a room on the 3rd floor, and there was no lift, which made carrying luggage up quite inconvenient. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and to add to that, the bathroom door didn’t lock, which was disappointing. Overall, while the location is good, the amenities need improvement.

Room is very small. They did not clean properly and could able to smell smoke. We were not able to stay for longer and vacated the room earlier

They don't have proper front desk person. When arrived they guy was so rude and irresponsible. Mainly they don't have elevator and parking lot. When we ask about that they will reply like you should have checked before booking very larthagic answers
