"The lobby ambience was pleasant with ample spaces. We have given a great hospitality upon our arrival and check in. I did enjoy the roof top bar as well as bar by lobby. The food was pleasant with mostly are Indian food. Pastries and few other western foods are also well prepared. Am sure will stay here in my next visit."

"My recent stay at Taj Club House was quite disappointing. The service was slow and lacked warmth — the overall atmosphere felt more like a funeral parlour than a hotel. No one greeted or acknowledged us throughout the stay, and there was a clear absence of hospitality. The phone in our room wasn’t working, so every small request required multiple follow-ups. The Wi-Fi connection was poor the entire time. Although I requested to speak with the duty manager, there was no meaningful response. On a positive note, Imran Khan at the reception was polite and efficient during check-in. Breakfast was decent, but the staff seemed rushed and distracted, focusing more on tasks than on guests. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience that fell short of the standards expected from the Taj brand."

"The location is perfect, close to OMR, ECR, and easy access to city. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful aroma while entering. The rooms are really large 484ft². If you are smokers, you would need to upgrade to a balcony room as the property is a non-smoking environment. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are perfect. Each room has a comfortable couch for a work station. The kitchenette is available to use at an additional 3000 inr extra. The dishwasher is available for use. Bathroom is very spacious, and not to mention TAJ Soaps.. Pool, Gymnasium, steam and sauna are complimentary."

The adjacent Hard Rock Cafe offered convenient evening entertainment, and shopping areas were readily accessible within a 20-minute timeframe. "My stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff. The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries . The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea. Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”"

"Service good 👍🏾. As it should be, campared to the other Ramada by Wyndham. Im just very curious about the taxing system here in India. Compulsary tax, service tax and there's an option for ”optional tax”. Anyways, the hotel smells good. 😌"

"The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too."
