* worst front end staff* Checkin date 07-sep We booked this hotel for 1 night so that we keep our luggage (kept luggage at 11 am) and go visit our relatives come back to room to get ready to go back to airport, so we gave my husband id and my niece id so that she can stay overnight no need to travel back home in the mid of night. We came to room around 11.20pm and I also went to the room with my 9 year old boy and 9 months old baby to change their clothes before heading airport. Around 12am we got a call from reception in a very rude voice asking to go out of the room and he was extremely rude with a very bad attitude saying we can maximum allow 1 hour for the visitor I told him it's not even 1 hour, he couldn't say anything but trying to show his anger. Totally dissatisfied because of his behaviour, I left the baby carrier in the room after reaching airport again we had to come back to pick it. Bad experience P.s : giving date and time so that management can cross verify and speak to the concerned person. Note: the boy who was helping us to get the luggage from room to car was very helpful and polite manner.

For the past 6 years we have been staying here whenever we visit Chennai. We thoroughly enjoy our stay.The room is very good. .The staff are very friendly and professional.Another great about this hotel is when we request we get airport pickup and dropff . The overall experience is making us to think to come back there for longer stay. This place is very secured for people who are traveling from other countries.

3 kilometers from chennai Airport. Located in a homely atmosphere. Rooms big and clean.hot water geyser attached in wash room.room services okay receptionist double okay.car parking facilities available. Ola transport also available. Equipment station and metro nearby
