Breakfast is rich in taste and variety. Facilities are kept clean. The face towel is soft and fluffy, but the bath towel is hard and thin and smells like the kitchen. Is it because I wash it with various things? Considering the room size, staff friendliness, and breakfast, this hotel is more affordable than the price.

My very first interaction was with Sajisha who I believe was the manager on shift who made sure I had a super smooth check in and she was very professional ,pleasant and friendly and very good at her job . She’s an asset to the company. The room was super clean and neat and quite spacious too. I highly recommend the restaurants which were an absolute delight but the highlight for me was having the paya curry for breakfast . A few notable interactions I had were with nilaxi, pranita (manager at rooftop) and anita (waitress at rooftop). All in all it was a very pleasant stay and next time I’m in Chennai I shall definitely be back. Thank you feathers.

Weeks stay in chennai, and i switched over day 1 from a different restaurant to Feathers, This place has a lovely ambience and nice polite speaking staff at all levels/designations. What I loved most ***** with the room and various services, was also the buffet food spread and to mention two staff members on the dining floor - Sanjeet who was serving guests very well and very quick , Chef Prudhvi who made me know that yes Misal pav can be with the same authentic taste as Mumbai in Chennai...... and Kishore a front desk manager who was absolutely professional and solution minded which proves the perfect set of trained staff in all departments of the Hotel. Keep it up Feathers !!...another feather(though small) for ur hat across Chennai looks like u d best !!

1 408 / 5 000 I went to this hotel for a business trip. The hotel was very close to my office located at the DFL building. The reservation went well, the employees responded quickly to my emails and I was able to book a car before my arrival in Chennai. The rooms are large, spacious, comfortable. The bathroom is really very nice with a large shower and a bathtub. The room has a real desk which is practical for working. The cleaning is impeccable. The employees are polite, attentive and responsive. The restaurants are very good, there is a wide variety of dishes. I loved the nans made to order which are delicious. The desserts are very impressive. Some waiters may lack experience in my opinion, because when I ordered a dish, it was brought to another table. I also found that the hotel could be a little noisy at night with the passage of some customers or employees, but it did not bother me much. The laundry service is efficient and fast. The hotel pool is very nice even though I didn't swim. The driver service is convenient, and they are very responsive. A small flaw, the hotel's magnetic cards are often demagnetized, which requires going to the reception to reactivate it. In short, I recommend this hotel, for its great services.

Jagadees kept us very safely, barefoot is very good and clean. Nice management. Nice service. Foosball was very good relaxation when we come out from pool. Maintain like this always. His company was awesome. Changing room was very clean..

There's a huge drainage behind the hotel, visible when you open the curtains. This is not a good area. Hospitality and staff are great. Hotel itself is bit dated for a fiver star hotel There are good choice of restaurant, spa and other amenities.
