We went to a conference in Chennai, we stayed in this hotel before, it is converted located, although the shower was broken, one of kind of 5 star hotels in India.

The check-in counter staff gave me a room that did not match the room I booked. However, when I asked to change the room, the staff changed it. The shower was dirty and could not be moved, so I had to hold the shower head all the time. The breakfast room, the containers were not very clean, there were food stains on the containers. However, the juice counter staff named Sanath impressed me with the taste of the juice here and impressed me with the shuttle service from the hotel to the shopping mall, which will have a round service, but we did not know in advance. That day, it was raining, so the staff sent the hotel car to drop me off instead of the round car. If you ask about the value of the room with the money spent, I personally think that it is not worth the price.
