Room was good but they gave us smoking room which i didn’t liked. Staff was also not helpful as they didn’t care much about customers but meenam restaurant was good and staff was great. No i’m good

The stay was pleasant but the food services were till a fixed time. The television was not a smart television.

The property is good and great location. Food is good. The rooms are average and not well maintained. The sofas aren’t comfortable and age old. Too much noise early in the morning due to heavy metro / infrastructure construction. No sound proof windows. Not worth the price. Towels were old and dirty

Rooms are clean, but needs a little upkeep. Someone had boiled tea in kettle which wasn't washed. Room service was prompt tasty food. Housekeeping is friendly. All basic amenities are there. Location is huge plus. Mattress slightly on the former side. Ac worked well. Tv size was really small but had decent channel options. If price was at-least 500 to 1k lesser, this place would be lot more crowded. Breakfast options limited, taste isn't consistent though. Idlies could be whole lot better. Overall a pleasant stay

Room and toilet interior is very neat and clean. Reception staffs are so friendly and food quality is much better than other hotels situated nearby

Rude staff. Called me and told me my booking is cancel-led without even checking the same. Incompetent staff.
