My recent stay at Quality Inn Sabari Grand was deeply disappointing. Despite repeated requests over three days to restaurant staff, the chef, reception, and even the manager, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes remained unlabeled, a serious concern for dietary restrictions. Adding to the frustration, my room, which I specifically requested to be cleaned by 8:30 am, was still untouched at 4 pm. This led to an unprofessional argument between the manager and housekeeping staff. Further evidence of neglect included used towels left on a 3rd-floor sofa and leftover room service trays left outside rooms overnight. The hotel appears to be staffed entirely by new personnel, resulting in service that falls far short of what's expected for the price and the hotel's advertised star rating. Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality promised.

The hotel appears appealing from the outside, but the experience inside was disappointing. I called room service and the reception 10-15 times without any response. Unfortunately, I had to find another hotel since but they were all fully booked and I had no choice to stay back there but the poor experience forced me to leave. I recommend avoiding this hotel if possible. A special thank you to Bhuana, who made a great effort to assist me on her own, but the lack of support made it difficult for her to manage. The hotel management should ensure that all staff receive proper training in hospitality like she has and the worst part is no senior management was available.

Rooms good. Breakfast good. But the loud music from the bar really disturbed me. Could not sleep till it stopped close to midnight. Tried to tell them reduce the decibel level of the sound from the bar, but no use

Room was good but breakfast was very bad. No variety in breakfast. All food items were cold and not freshly made, even the taste was below average. No good options for fresh cut fruit.

A regular average 3 star hotel. Have a glamorous reception but average rooms. Ac wasn’t that great, no hand towels in bathrooms, shower area too small, no branded toiletries in the bathroom, housekeeping little slow. Breakfast was average, surprisingly cold food @8am, staff busy in gossiping. Only good thing is location.

We had a very nice stay at the quality inn sabari. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast menu was good and tasty.
