房間的廁所味道太臭了，剛開始以為是我們自己的問題結果一晚都是下水道的味道實在是難受死了，體驗感很差！然後門也是那種不能鎖的，不能鎖就算了，還有一道縫可以看到外面，上個廁所洗澡很沒有安全感！體驗感也很差！

房間整潔，老闆熱情，就跟住家裡一樣，交通很方便，去高椅嶺步行就到了。可以上天台，周邊就有原生美食。很方便。很值得休閑遊。

體驗感非常差！！！隔音差，嚴重影響睡眠。我們住的房間在1樓最靠近大廳的地方，第二天早上6點就聽到有人在播放歌曲，然後大廳就開始傳開吃飯吵鬧的聲音。還有設施陳舊，熱水洗一會就沒了，冷的要死，門鎖也不好用。早餐也差，牛奶都沒得賣。順便吐槽下郴州的吃相太差了，人又多物價又貴，節假日真別來

距離高椅嶺的景點很近，民宿比較新，衞生乾淨，房內有小度，方便控制空調電視，民宿外面有很多免費停車位，對面有兩間飯店，另外老闆和老闆娘的態度很熱情，早上6點鐘見我們出發，還打包兩袋早餐給我們，而且房價在也非常划算

在高椅嶺景區南門附近，停車方便。房間整潔，床鋪夠寬大。前台經理接待熱情周到。晚間住宿安靜，一早很吵，噪音來自走廊上收拾退房的阿姨和客房調度之間的免提擴音喇叭，缺乏意識，客人想睡懶覺的話免談。
