"This hotel is fantastic! Check-in was super efficient, and they even offered a complimentary soda. All food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot, which was a really cool touch. The front desk staff provided excellent service. Our south-facing room had large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing great natural light. Since I didn't have time to do laundry, the staff kindly helped wash and dry my clothes and delivered them back to my room. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

The hotel environment was excellent, conveniently located near the high-speed rail station with a supermarket and cinema nearby, making transportation very easy. The cleanliness was also great. The front desk staff were very welcoming during check-in and even offered a free room upgrade when we arrived early. They were incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic; the restaurant they recommended was delicious. We received complimentary fruit and drinks upon check-in.
