"I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."

The blackout curtain of the room must be turned on to turn off the light. No one told me that I couldn't sleep at 6 o'clock in the morning. I found the room attendant and waited for half an hour. The air conditioning on the first floor of the hotel lobby is very poor and hot. Hotel occupancy rate is quite low, the neighborhood is quite desolate."

"The hygiene was extremely poor. First, the tabletop wasn't wiped at all. There was some unidentified substance on the bed, and the sheets were dirty and covered in dust, which felt like human body dust. After contacting the front desk, they changed my room. However, the tabletop in the second room was also covered in dust. It was truly terrifying. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was extremely cold, and the power card was still plugged in. I don't know if someone had been resting there before I arrived. After changing me to the second room, the air conditioning wasn't turned on. Oh, and there was no water in the first room… it felt like it had been drunk. I will never come back. The pictures I posted show the tabletops and sheets in two different rooms; they were all dirty. They were all dirty. I didn't ask for a third room because the front desk staff was quite nice, and I didn't want to make things difficult for them, but it was truly unacceptable, especially the second picture. On sunny days, the lake sparkled, and when it rained, it was beautifully misty. The guesthouse has its own lovely courtyard, perfect for an afternoon tea by the fire, or a leisurely stroll along the lake in the evening – absolutely idyllic. The public areas are designed with understated elegance, featuring a book bar and a home theater, ideal for gathering with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone.
