Great place to stay. I enjoyed very much the hotel ver clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive and the sightseeing that was recommended by TRIP app.

I was only staying a short period of time so didn’t really use any amenities. It was convenient for o the train station with a very short taxi (a bit far to walk at night with luggage). Staff were friendly and room was clean and presentable.

工作人員小郭服務周到，早上起來吃到這麼滿足的一餐，一整天都有好心情～，進房間就發現空調提前調好了舒適温度，床頭櫃上還放着充電插座，對忘帶充電器的我太友好了。浴室乾濕分離做得很徹底，熱水來得快水壓也足，洗漱用品味道很清新。早餐種類不算多但都很精緻，吃得舒服，性價比不錯

來郴州玩選擇了這家酒店環境相當不錯！房價也很物美價廉 建議提前預訂！離高鐵站近，走着就可以到，也提供免費的接送高鐵服務，前台很貼心，主動幫我預約，房內空間挺大，一進門香味撲鼻很舒服，洗髮水非常好用，洗完頭髮香噴噴還順滑，前台服務很熱情，工作人員小郭服務態度好，房間很大，衞生間寬敞。酒店還提前打電話問房間要求，超級貼心。早餐也不錯。選擇連鎖酒店維也納一直是我的首選，住起來很安心，下次有機會還會來這家酒店，非常推薦！

空調龐臭，開了之後臭死我了，不知道什麼原因。晚上很晚了，也不想換房間了，我覺得這個是酒店需要入住前檢查的，不是讓我們自行發現再換房間。咱開空調都是冷起才開沒誰會開房就特地檢查一下空調好壞。我覺得最後退房的時候給我的理由也很無語，讓我跟他們反饋了換房。那我半夜十二點空調不行，我再起來穿衣服換房間麼？

酒店離市中心比較遠，但是離高鐵站很近，打車也比較方便 酒店有機器人，外賣快遞可以直接送上來，設施也齊全，酒店有健身房洗衣服都是免費的，環境不錯很愜意、跑步機、動感單車都配了，酒店對面就有一家小餐館，去高鐵站的方向也有一條街，有水果店，吃飯的，酒店位置很好前台小郭服務很熱情！房間乾淨整潔，床墊很舒服睡的很香，酒店的室內裝飾簡約大方，色調搭配非常舒服，這次住的很滿意，遇到前台很熱情，期間又幫忙安排續住，服務很好，很快，很及時。
