Came to Chenzhou for two days and chose this hotel online. I had often stayed at Hilton Hotels before and had a very good impression of the hotel. I booked a comfortable big bed, but when I arrived at the hotel I didn't like the front and back rooms, so the front desk helped me upgrade the room type. The front desk lady's robot in the elevator was broken, so she pushed the robot and greeted guests politely when she met them. It was a great performance! Because I was in a hurry to go out, I forgot to bring hair spray. I consulted the hotel and they also provided it; the air conditioning in the room is a flaw. It can't adjust the temperature automatically (but it's understandable in Hunan Province in this season). It will be much better if the window is opened; the next day, when I cleaned the room, I didn't put the garbage bag in the room, so I had to throw it into the trash can. I'm very sorry for causing trouble for the housekeeper of your hotel to clean it 😬😬; I also went to the hotel restaurant for two mornings. Compared with Hilton hotels in other provinces I have stayed in, there are fewer types and fewer edible types. The staple foods are only round noodles and wide noodles. When I asked the chef who cooked noodles when I was dining the next day, I found out that there are other types of noodles, but they were not displayed. Because I didn't see them, I didn't eat them. It is recommended that they can be displayed for users to choose, so that users will not be unable to eat because they can't see them, affecting the dining experience; the overall stay is still very good, the hotel room has good lighting, toiletries-towels-bathrobes-toothbrush supplies-body lotion are of good quality, and the room is also equipped with an air purifier, which is a service that many hotels do not have. 酒店很新，最初擔心新酒店房間味道會比較大，入住後也發現ok沒問題，到達比較晚，之前酒店前台人員就有致電詢問到達時間以及對房間的要求，所以辦入住很順利，並且主動多給了幾瓶水。淋浴水量超大，真的是洗了個很痛快很爽的早，洗去一身疲憊，即使臨街房間也很安靜，早餐很豐盛，種類齊全，慕名吃了殺豬粉，味道不錯，但對於不能吃辣的人來説有點困難，胡椒很重，酒店的工作人員服務熱情且主動，總體來説非常滿意的一次入住，推薦

住過很多遍了，有時候會遺漏一些小物件，酒店也會幫忙保存起來。停車方便，離開的時候，聯繫前台報一下車牌號便OK了。附近的外賣選擇也很多，幾乎都嚐了個遍。

大廳前台的露琳玲服務很好 酒店整體感覺非常不錯，環境設施和服務都很贊，自助早餐品種豐富好吃，退房還給送了隨手小禮，很不錯，推薦～
