This is an amazing hotel situated in a beautiful setting in Chengzhou. Staff are friendly, thoughtful and helpful, house keepers provided free laundry services to keep me on top of my busy travel schedules.

酒店設施陳舊，廁所小到門快頂着膝蓋，你想蹲馬桶刷手機是不行的，可以解決**志上廁所刷手機的習慣。酒店的電話是擺設，沒接線，不曉得是不是被拔了。還有最奇葩的是一個房間衹送一份早餐，因為帶了一個1米32的小朋友，還被攔下來要求收早餐費用，説超過1米3要收費。反正體驗感很差😅

房間很潮，晚上睡覺都睡不好，早餐廳煮麪的阿姨，我好像欠她錢，一大早上的搞的真不舒服，前台的服務還可以，酒店這麼大洗個衣服要去布草間裏洗我也是第一次碰到，以後到郴州不會再入住
