房間衞生十分糟糕，地面滿是灰塵和污垢，房間一股黴味；
前台服務態度十分惡劣，找前台協調換房和搞衞生，前台一邊嚼甘蔗，一邊説不給換，愛住不住，接受不了就退訂，大過年的，臨時根本找不到其他合適的酒店；
衞生間的洗手枱放的熱水呈現深黃色，而且熱水根本不熱，洗不了澡，洗完澡之後都感冒了；
床鋪又硬又冷，三床房有一個床不在空調下面的，晚上睡覺又冷又濕；
一定要避雷這個酒店！！！

作為出差人士 從來沒有見過這麼垃圾的酒店 也不知道怎麼説了 地理位置也不是很好 停車到對面酒店停 房間吹風機也沒有 毛巾也是掉毛的 牆布也是破破爛爛的 體驗感很差很差 空調也是破舊爛兮兮的！！！！

房間特別乾淨，服務也特別好，大廳乾淨明亮，而且房間住起來也特別温馨，阿姨也特別熱情，主要是房間的空調效果好，我住過很多酒店，空調效果都沒有他們家好，停車也是免費的停在酒店對面的星級酒店裡麪；這個價格有這樣的超值服務值得推薦！
