郴州晚上3度，還下雨，房間沒有熱水洗澡，前台知道熱水設施有問題，沒有通知也沒有提醒。晚上10點多我們到酒店發現沒熱水，就聯繫換房，前台説沒有空房，讓等一等，就有熱水了，結果一直到半夜12點還是沒解決，衹能讓倆娃冷水洗手洗腳去睡覺。 身為廣東人，不能洗澡，真的不能忍，非常影響心情。

After moving the car in the afternoon, we walked up to the 10th floor to get our luggage, and then walked down again. This was an emergency, so we will not be held accountable. 5. The room I booked included late night snacks, but I was not informed of the time limit when I checked in. After going out for shopping, I returned to the hotel around 10 o'clock.
