She waived the additional pax breakfast charge for me 👍🏼 Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area. Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available. Choice of food western and Chinese fare available . You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food. This is Hilton and a international brand.

You can taste the famous local fish noodles and pig noodles. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Chenzhou.

Sanyuan Hotel has convenient transportation. Our group of 12 people can easily find it by car. There are parks and shopping centers such as Wuling Square nearby. It is also very convenient to Gaoyiling and Xiaodongjiang. There are also many places to eat around. The hotel breakfast is rich and nutritious, the soy milk is delicious, and the service staff are enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time!

Not only is there no seating, but there's no customer service to arrange or clean it. Arriving at 8 a.m. means you have to wait in line. When the food is almost gone, there's no refills; it's simply gone. And when I went for breakfast at 9 a.m., everything was gone, not even water. It was a very poor experience. Overall, the room was nice.
