Very cosy little hotel. Completely unmanned except for the cleaning service. The room was very nicely decorated and the location is close to the center and facilities. Parking outside is virtually non-existent (even for scooters) so beware

We love this guesthouse. You can definitely feel the traditional nature of the Lanna art style in the decorations. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious. Good restaurants a couple of minutes walk in every direction. Would love to stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Lanna-style accommodation in Chiang Mai, and I must say I was truly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the warm atmosphere and the charm of Lanna art that was beautifully incorporated into every corner of the property. The wooden carved furniture, traditional Thai patterns, and soft lighting made it feel like I had stepped back in time.
The location is excellent, situated near Chiang Mai's city gate, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and its attractions. Whether it’s strolling down the Sunday Walking Street, visiting ancient temples, or sampling local cuisine, everything is easily accessible.
The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a particularly comfortable bed that ensured a perfect night's sleep.
If you’re looking for a place that captures the unique essence of Chiang Mai and offers a convenient location, I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future

I really like this place. It is very convenient to walk to Chiang Mai Gate. In the morning and evening, there are many food options in the old city. The accommodation is very chill. In the evening, we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the quiet and atmospheric local community. Near the accommodation, there is a local grilled fish shop that is very delicious. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.

The homestay is very comfortable. The girl is very serious and polite. She always greets you before sending you things. We can communicate in English.
The hotel is Lanna style. The triple room is on the first floor. There is a bedroom and a living room. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. There are latches in the doors and windows of the room, which is very safe. The window faces the small street, but it is not noisy. The instant water heater has low power. The water is hot enough when the water is turned down. There is no problem with taking a shower.
The homestay is less than 10 minutes' walk from Chiang Mai Gate. Many white people come to stay. They probably think it is very worthwhile like us. We stayed for two more nights and only booked a double bed room. It is also very beautiful. I will make a review for the next order.

I placed an order for the hotel that was built in 2024, but found that the hotel's mattresses, sheets, towels and other supplies were all yellow. Although they had been washed, they were definitely not newly purchased. It was estimated that they had been used for at least many years. The hotel has a total of 5 rooms. It is difficult for us to accept that they will not clean unless requested. The order was only cleaned twice in 5 days, and it was only done when clearly requested. There were two days when I went out early and didn't see the waiter, so the room hygiene was directly ignored 😳; on the last day, I wanted to sit on the balcony for a while, only to find that the entire balcony was covered with a thick layer of dust, which was very disgusting; the different standards of homestays are the biggest flaw. I don't know that the new decoration only refers to the stairs (some customers complained that the stairs were too slippery and steep in the early stage). This hotel is at the bottom of the list during this one-month trip to Thailand. I hope to describe it realistically.
The photo shows the balcony view, which is still okay. The yellow building behind is an apartment rented for only 3,000 yuan a month, which is much better when it is new 😅
