Chiang Mai Si Phum Hotels

Great services, clean, very comfortable beds. - Hot water did not work well. The temperature outside was 17°C. - the elevator parks in between the floors. We had to carry luggage either upstairs or downstairs. There was no ramp to roll luggage from the elevator to the room.

I only booked this hotel for one night as I extended my stay in Chiang Mai and the hotel I was staying at was fully booked. I was reluctant to book it for the price and mixed reviews. Ok, it's not luxury, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It's good for the price and I found the bed was comfortable as I've had a lot worse beds in Chiang Mai. It was clean, bit outdated but it was fine for me. Kind of wish I booked a few more nights as the location is just off the Old Town. I would stay again if looking for a cheap room.

The location is strategic in the old Town. It's close to food stalls, restaurants, temples, night markets, cafes, bars, convenient stores, and many more. The room and facilities are excellent. The lobby and room are clean. Free beverages in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful, they can speak English. The service is very good, daily cleaning, it even provides conditioner and freebies we can choose 2, it has smart TV as well, and the breakfast is nice and yummy. I had a wonderful experience staying there and I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to chiang mai and wanna stay in old town

Everything is good. The only thing I do not like is they lock the door from bunk to toilet and passcode is change daily. Troublesome.

Arrived on a Friday and left on Monday. We stayed here because of its close location to Sunday night market. Very convenient location. Like others have said, there is a school right next door so can be quite loud during the day. I was woken up Monday morning at 8am because of talking heard nearby. Maybe it was from the school? The breakfast is okay. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. I couldn't seem to find any Western tea like English breakfast or earl grey in the whole hotel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. AC worked almost too well 😆 bathtub was wide and deep. One downside was the sink had a very high rim. I could barely wash my face. Husband and I are both shorties so others may not have any trouble.

Lovely hotel in a good location, roughly 1.5km walk from the night bazaar markets. Good places to eat near by and access to 7 Eleven. Must try Earthen Jar restaurant, just around the corner. Pool was nice and quiet. Hotel rooms were really spacious and had all the facilities we needed including a fridge and safety box. The hot water in the shower did trip the electricity however staff showed us how to reset.

Nice location. Room is clean and there is cleaning service daily. Breakfast was good and they have a free shuttle service back to the airport. Just book one day in advance.

This hotel has no stairs for anyone that has heavy luggage, but the staff will assist in carrying. The location is right next to Tha Phae Gate and in a very busy tourist area for those that are looking to eat and drink at restaurants and bars. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place since you can hear music and people late into the night. The room has basic amenities like shampoo and body soap, but nothing else. The AC works well and is cold . Overall it’s a decent stay if you’re on a budget and want to be in a busy area.

Due to my flight delay I only get to check-in hotel in the night. During check-in i was told my room is a Japanese style type, with a double mattress on raise platform. since i was too tired due the 4 hours of flight delay at the airport I took the room excess card without asking further. The room size is average but the raise platform is almost the entire room except the entrance to the bathroom. moving around the room is inconvenient. The platform is way too high. After my shower i saw the bath area is fill with water as the floor is not level properly. Next morning water is still there, i went to reception to tell them the problem and ask for a change of room as i was staying for 5 nights. Room was not available in the morning i got the new room when i came back late afternoon. A decent standard room and every thing is ok. I didn't take hotel breakfast. There is free bottle drinking water in the room and also you can take extra at the fridge near the lounge downstair. Location is convenient, a couple of restaurants nearby and the Chang Puak night food market is just a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing all the essentials but not lacking anything - I appreciated their eco-friendly approach. The lobby has a cozy atmosphere and is pleasantly quiet. They provide snacks all day long (or until 3pm). The staff were polite and attentive; for instance, when it started to rain, they promptly offered us umbrellas we can use.  The location is also a plus, with several massage places nearby and a cheap yet delicious restaurant right next door. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money.
