It was nice but not so clean. The sink was broken and water is going down the floor instead of the sewage. It has hot shower tho which is very helpful since the temperature in Alishan is very low and cold.

All aspects are above the standard. If you come to the South Palace Museum, it is very suitable for living. It takes more than five minutes to drive. I will come here next time and it is convenient to go to Parkzi.

It feels like this is the most beautiful and newest hotel in the area, but there is no elevator. It happened that my suitcase was heavy and the time to enter was up, and the staff would move the luggage to my top floor room in advance; When I checked out, I went down the stairs myself. The service counter lady heard me ”bang bang” and she also went up to help me move down (she had amazing arm strength). Finally, she drove me to the station. The staff worked hard. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

This is one of the best hotel in Fenqhihu heritage village. It is steps from the train station and very famous for the train box lunch which was one if the unique lunch box in Taiwan. Almost all travelers visit this hotel to taste the lunch boxes,and if you are a staying guests then you will get discount for the meals. Mostly traveler stay in this hotel to make a trip to Alishan National Park, rather than staying inside the park,it is an option to stay at this small village. They are several types of room, and the cheapest room is the Japanese tatami room. The wooden bathtub is a bonus with herbal soaking bag provided in the room. The hot water is not running for 24 hours, and there is no heater inside the room, so be prepared the cold weather in the high land. Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast,but they give coupons worth 200 New Taiwan Dollar per pax per room per night to buy breakfast at 7/11 mart just outside the hotel. Room also have tea and hot jug but no coffee. Outside the hotel there are many eating places,but make sure to have early dinner as this is a sleepy village and almost all shops close at 7 PM except 7/11 mart. At night there is nothing to do as the village is very calm and almost all guests sleep early to prepare a long day at Alishan National Park. This hotel in certain season also provide a walking tour to see firefly, very comprehensive and free for all staying guests. For those who opt not to stay inside Alishan National Park, then this heritage hotel is an option. One more thing to add, the bus station is also three minutes walk from the hotel. The bus station serve Alishan NP and Chiayi Station and HSR.

The village is a place for leisure and vacation with pool table, sports equipment and swimming pool. There is a parking lot in the village and parking is very convenient. The European suite design, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and it feels more comfortable. The bed is spacious and comfortable, but the toilet is not an exempt toilet, and it feels a little weak. TV only provides digital TV, there should be room for improvement. Breakfast is acceptable in the motel shopping mode.

In the middle of the tea garden, the scenery is excellent, the room facilities are novel, heating, and the breakfast is good, it is worth the night!

But only the shower has no bathtub to take a bath ⋯ I don't know why the mobile phone signal here is very poor, and the WiFi message in the room is also very slow. There are movies to watch on TV, and it rained heavily after check-in. It was not bad to watch two movies.

The equipment is a bit old, and children living in a camper are more novel. In summer, you can play in the pool to cool off the heat. The barbecue ingredients are sufficient. It is recommended to bring more abundant ingredients. There must be anti-mosquito measures. Family travel is okay as a whole.

The room cannot be compared with the city, but it is OK and clean. The location is more difficult to find, especially at night. It is best to drive to the day. The boss is very good, the service is not bad, it is still a little distance from Alishan!
