I booked this hotel for a concert in Makuga, Chiba. It was very nice. It was very close to the tram stop. It was easy to get by the airport bus and two tram stops. The room was clean and the reception was very warm

It was small for a double room.
The walls of the rooms at Toyoko Inns are thin, so sound can easily travel from the rooms on either side, so earplugs are a must when sleeping.
It's right in front of the station, and breakfast is included, which is nice.

That was the only disappointing thing.
