"I had the opportunity to stay at this newly opened hotel at an affordable price. **What I liked:** The hotel has great access from the station, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the range of amenities and the excellent large public bath and sauna facilities. I loved it so much I wished I could have stayed longer. **What I noticed:** There was one small issue with the check-in process that left me a bit puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed that some individuals who seemed to be personal acquaintances of the staff were being assisted before those who had been waiting longer. Additionally, some guests filled out their registration cards by hand, while others had pre-printed ones, which felt a bit inconsistent. It left me with the impression that more attention to detail could be beneficial. Also, when I asked a staff member for the location of the ice machine, they weren't able to answer immediately, which led me to mistakenly think there wasn't one available (it turned out it was exactly where the guide said it would be, near the public bath). That was a minor disappointment. I understand that it's a busy time right after opening, but the hotel facilities themselves are wonderful. I believe that once the operations are more streamlined, it will become an even more fantastic hotel. I definitely want to stay again, and I look forward to future improvements. Thank you."

There are tons of dining options nearby too (no queues at Hama Sushi and Qibao Spicy Hotpot here!). If you walk past the station, there's a large Aeon supermarket, which is great for picking up daily necessities. The hotel itself isn't new, but it's clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The staff are polite, friendly, and provide excellent service. Very satisfied!"

"This hotel is perfect if you're visiting Tokyo Disneyland. It's right outside the JR station, and there's a huge Aeon mall next door, which even has a pet store connected to it. Getting to Disneyland takes about 20 minutes directly, no transfers needed. Compared to staying in central Tokyo and having to travel miles on the JR to get to the Disney line, this hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The room is spacious, the facilities are new, and the service is excellent."

"First time in Chiba, and choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. It's a three to five-minute walk from Chiba Station, making getting around super convenient. The Perie mall at Chiba Station is also fantastic for shopping and dining, and it even offers duty-free services. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained, clean, tidy, and attention to detail is evident. You can choose daily housekeeping or just towel changes. If you opt for just towel changes, the staff will hang a bag with fresh towels on your doorknob and even provide a complimentary bottle of water, which is a nice touch! The front desk on the second floor offers free toiletries, tea bags, and coffee sachets, which is great! The front desk staff and floor attendants are all warm and polite, making for a very pleasant experience. A Japanese male staff member at the front desk, whose name tag read Kudo, even spoke Chinese, which made communication seamless. I have two suggestions: first, it would be perfect if the TV had screen mirroring functionality, and second, the queen-sized mattress has a slight dip in the middle and should probably be replaced."
