It’s near a train station it only take one minute from hotel to chibaminato station there is also a monorail station. Here is a picture of hotel that a took while waiting for a metro.

The hotel is accessible to public transport, trains, monorails are 2 minute walk. The rooms are tiny but presentable.

The front desk staff are polite and the service is excellent.
The location is also close to the station, and there is a 24-hour Maruetsu Petit store in front of the station, so you won't have any inconveniences. When returning to the hotel from Disney, Chiba Minato Station is on the Chiba side of Maihama, so you don't have to take a crowded train to Tokyo.

The hotel is right next to Chiba Port Station, very convenient. You can see the sea after a walk. I was on a business trip this time and didn't have time to enjoy it.
