Clean, basic and quiet hotel for locals. They make up the room everyday. Free parking with 7-eleven, supermarket and restaurants around. Great non-touristy hotel to travel around yokohama, chiba, narita & funabashi at affordable price.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station. I was a little surprised by how empty the area was on the way there.
I wondered if the surrounding area was all accommodations..? It was very quiet.
There aren't many restaurants or anything near the hotel, it's not a busy area, but there's a coin laundry and a large convenience store right in front, so it was convenient.
The staff were all friendly.
It was my first time staying at a hotel with a power strip, and it was okay. ㅎㅎ The room condition was not bad for a short stay, it felt like an ordinary business hotel!
Overall, it was okay. I'd stay there again if I have something to do nearby.
