Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

Location was awesome as a base for 1 night to pick up rental car from Toyota rent a car which was about 7mins walk away. Hotel was close to the Chiba station about 5mins walk away. Hotel is also close to many eateries and ichiran which was about 8mins walk away. There are 3 combini quite close to the hotel too. Overall it’s very good! Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!

The hotel is very close to JR Kaihin Makuhari Station and Makuhari Messe, both within a ten-minute walk. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel, which is very convenient for business people attending the exhibition. The room is not small, but the facilities are a bit old, after all, it has been more than 30 years. The bed is relatively soft and low. It is not far to walk to the beach, about a quarter of an hour, and you can see Mount Fuji by the sea when the weather is good. Opposite is Mitsui Outlet, and there is also a shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping.

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance
