The Hilton Magnificent Mile exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, and the views of the city were breathtaking. Horrible. Room was not clean. Shampoo and Bodywash bottles empty when I arrived. Parking costs more than the room. I checked out early because of the issues and told I would receive a refund for the days I did not stay later to be told that no modifications can be made and charged me for all the days anyway. Location is great but besides that there is no good reason to ever stay at this hotel.

Regarding breakfast. There is no free breakfast for Hilton Gold members since the restaurant does not belong to Hilton.

When we stay there 4 days they took 400$ for deposit. But they didn’t sent back till now. It’s already 15 days gone. Actually when I stayed 6 years ago in the Beijing airport Helton hotel. They didn’t pay back my deposit 800 rmb.

The hotel did not refund my deposit even though they told me the deposit will be refunded within 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and the hotel is ignoring my phone calls and emails.
