"This hotel was perfect! Located next to Riverwalk and basically everything in the downtown area. I had the King Spa River view room and it was amazing. The view was perfect and the tub was on point."

"If you need to be close to the Airport this hotel is perfect, very modern, good food, has a great pool and Gym, Starbucks and free shuttle bus to the airport. It's a fair bit away from the city but you can take the blue line all the way in to the city centre. It's a quiet area but a plenty of places to get food nearby. The only negative from my own perspective would be no free laundry room and the room cleaning seemed to be at completely random times. Other than that I'd happily use this hotel again when in Chicago."

"The room is small and smaller than the average business hotel, but the overall decoration and facilities are very new. I don’t like to book that kind of old hotel for hundreds of years abroad. And the address location has nothing to say. It is too convenient to go out to the trump building."

"This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!"

"The room was incredibly spacious, more like a suite. As soon as you walked in, there was a sofa, dining table, and TV, like a small living room. Further inside, there was a separate bathroom with a wet/dry area. Across from that, there was a dedicated wet bar area with a microwave and refrigerator. The innermost part was the bedroom, which also had another TV. While I probably wouldn't turn them on much, it's definitely worth mentioning that the room has two TVs. The location is very convenient, with a famous deep-dish pizza place right downstairs (though I personally didn't find it tasty). The hotel gym is also very well-equipped. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but that's typical for most hotels in the US."

"The room is much smaller than the Hyatt next door (I booked this hotel thinking I could walk less to the bridge) The room is small but exquisite. The service is very good. The location is excellent. There is Starbucks 711 Smash Burger nearby"

"The hotel is in a good location but expensive. You can stay in a top five-star hotel in China for this price, but this is just an ordinary four-star hotel on the street. Trump Tower is across the street. It takes about 1 km to go to Millennium Park or the Art Museum of Chicago. The Chicago River is across the street, which is perfect for running and strolling. There is no restaurant of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is served in a bar and restaurant next to it. I didn't try it. It is convenient, but people outside eat together. It is not convenient to take a taxi, especially Uber. It is estimated that it will take a long time to go one way even if it is nearby."

"This was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. Even as a solo female traveler I felt quite safe in the hostel premises. They had plenty of events, I joined a couple of walking tours in which i learned a lot and made new friends. The shared areas are super big and very convenient. The location is excellent. If I ever need to go back to Chicago I'll stay here for sure."
