Friday we got there got to check in early which was great we was on the 8th floor view was great I out the air at 65F bout two clock after hours being gone at 6 clock the room was hot I called down the first desk no problem I’ll have mateinice come right up two hours later nothing I called back down and talk to someone else they insure me that someone will be up an hour I called down and said since no one is coming can I get extra blankets so I can sleep on the floor 450 for a night and they brought the blankets up in no time, very not happy

Very clean, new look and a good choice for Chicago as the price was reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Really no complaints.
