I had a pleasant stay at Staypineapple. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of town. It was walking distance to major tourist attractions and 2 train stations. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the welcome drink and afternoon cookies and coffee. Highly recommended!

Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

酒店服務周到細緻，行李送上門，代客泊車取車。酒店地理位置十分優越，離各大景點基本在步行30分鐘之內，無需開車。唯一美中不足是沒有酒店自己的停車均

酒店位置很好，離湖邊很近，馬路對面就是梅西百貨，塔吉特超市，the baby shop，優衣庫等，離密歇根大街，華麗一公里，博物館也就1－2公里距離，走走就到了。

Almost everything was perfect about the property and our stay - and we are planning to return.
Our ONLY criticism is that the bathroom (#805) needed some "deep cleaning": The seal/grout around the tub was mold-stained, and the floor tile grout was in dire need of a good deep cleaning.
But for that, everything was pretty much perfect. We love the building, the location, and the view down State Street. The bedding was luxurious, though in the warm weather we wish there was a "lighter" option than the wonderful "coverlet" provided.
