From the moment of entering the Westin the cleanliness is noticeable. The lobby and bar area is super clean and comfy! Every employee we made contact with was incredibly helpful and nice! The location of being on the river is very nice too.

The property was nice. The valet parking stuff/Doorman was excellent. The buffet was over priced/ expensive. The beds in my was extremely uncomfortable. They seems to be smaller than the usual double queens.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located in downtown Chicago, with staff who provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was extremely roomy and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I go to Chicago!

Great hotel! Great bedding, great pillows! The staff is amazing. The food downstairs for breakfast is terrible. Other than that everything was awesome, the views from the hotel are amazing. You’re in the middle of everything.
