Good location clean rooms

My sister's daughter and her husband, who live in Dallas, Texas, were coming to Chicago for a visit and were looking for a downtown hotel convenient for shopping and sightseeing. There is nothing more convenient than the Talbott Hotel, which has just undergone a massive year-old renovation by local designer Kara Mann and West Coast expert Joie de Vivre. Located at 20 East Delaware Place, steps from the North Michigan Avenue shopping mecca, this 149-room upscale boutique hotel on Chicago's Gold Coast already has earned recognition in the Michelin Guide. It offers a plethora of amenities, including 24-hour front desk, 24-hour room service, valet parking, free wi-fi, a classy all-day restaurant, bar, lounge, revitalized rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, business center, concierge, library, luggage storage, doctor on call, multi-lingual staff and bikes available. The Texans chose a Premium King room with 475 square feet of space, king-sized bed, living and sitting area, desk, wireless internet, HDTV, safe, mini-fridge and coffee/tea maker.

Very clean and nice hotel! Seems like everything is updated in the hotel. The hotel is in a great location and has a vintage feel to it. The gym is more than adequate with cables and a pull-up bar in addition to the normal hotel gym amenities. The bar and restaurant were very good also.

Here on business travel for an expo wanted to try out a new location on the market. Talbott was in the heart of the Gold Coast so it was the best option. I was greeted by BEN at the front desk. Well put together young man who assisted me with all needs even the little hiccups I had with billing issues. Excellent customer service with a touch of his own personality I will definitely be back based on how the staff treated me.

It's great to see this old hotel be revived by Marriott. Great location on the Gold Coast, really nice and helpful staff, and our king room was nicely appointed; including a Nespresso machine and fridge. There's a Starbucks across the street and a breakfast-all-day restaurant on the next block. Their own restaurant in-building looked good too. They're still finishing the renovation on the lower floors and we are looking to coming back to see the new look/feel.

I stay here once a month for work purposes and have to say location and amenities are amazing. Easy location to walk to - starbucks , restaurants etc. The staff here is accommodating and so friendly. Special shoutout to Amanda, Ben and Taylor for taking such great care of me this trip ! Definitely recommend to families and business professionals. The new RENO looks great!
