The room is big, but not clean. The towels were not changed on the first day, and there was a woman's long hair on one of the beds. The bathroom towels had human body hair. I didn't want to complain because I was too tired due to jet lag. The next day, I went out early because I had a meeting with a client, but when I came back, I found that the sheets were not changed. I went to the front desk to argue, but they only apologized and said that it was 9 o'clock in the evening and the cleaning staff had gone off work. I asked for the sheets and changed them myself.
