Spa Hotels in Chicago

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

Two people stood out for this visit - Robert, who checked me in on Sunday August 27, 2022 and his co-worker Zora. The bell staff service was pretty good too as well as security. But this hotel did not feel at all like the four star hotel it advertises itself. Restaurant and bar was not open, nor was the spa facility. I don't believe I saw any management staff or concierge. And one particular staff member who wore glasses at the checkin/check out desk was particularly unfriendly. Room was decent although not particularly large. Moreover, the room's ceiling was just bare cement - an indication the hotel was eager to open. City view wasn't all that impressive either. As much as Robert and Zora made my visit pleasing, probably wouldn't stay here again. In reality, probably should give this hotel an ”average” rating. However, Robert and Zora made the difference for a higher rating.

From our initial checkin we were greeted with friendly staff! They were happy to help in any way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and plenty big enough for 4 us, 2 Adults and 2 Teenagers. Clean with everything we needed. Gym for one of our sons, printed schoolwork for another and provided great tour information. The Hotel is located in absolutely the best position for walking. Surrounded by restaurants, shops as well as having their own kitchen on site. We had a Buffett breakfast on our last morning which was great. AC Hotel provided us a perfect start to our family holiday. We will be back in 2023!

An excellent hotel with clean and large room. The cleaning lady is much kind and helpful. Hotel is located in the Center of Chicago. The transport is very convenient.

My first trip to Chicago was perfectly great thanks to LondonHouse. Especially the view from my assigned room was so amazing that I didn't need another rooftop cafe.

It's very clean and the service is good. It's right in the city center. It's convenient. It's suitable for friends who like to go to scenic spots. But if you drive there, the parking fee is a bit expensive! !

At the beginning, there was a problem with collecting money. Ctrip charged the room rate. The hotel charged it again. After communicating with Ctrip, it was resolved in a few days. The hotel returned the room rate. Ctrip actively helped solve the problem. The only bad thing was the hotel reservation. The taxi is not metered, it feels a bit pitted. Use Uber. Don't let the hotel book a car.

In Ctrip, I booked two big bed rooms. As a result, the hotel was told that there was only one big bed room. The hotel manager explained that Ctrip did not specify the specific room type when ordering. The online contact customer service Ctrip has been procrastinating, resulting in 184cm son in Canada. The small bed lay down for two nights. Once again, I will appreciate Ctrip's super service and go to Ctrip.

The experience from check-in to check-out was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect because it is the heart of everything on Michigan Avenue! When we walked out of the hotel, shopping and restaurants were all around! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures). I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago
