The hotel is full of a row of golden elevators, as seen in the movie. It has very good East-Eastern characteristics. The service is very good. I will text me every day to ask if there is any demand. It ’s awkward to check out At the time, I originally agreed with me to check out late, but later said that I came to call IHG without confirming anything. The problem was solved. There is an Argentine restaurant on the top floor of the hotel to try the grill. Line and McDonald's

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

In Ctrip, I booked two big bed rooms. As a result, the hotel was told that there was only one big bed room. The hotel manager explained that Ctrip did not specify the specific room type when ordering. The online contact customer service Ctrip has been procrastinating, resulting in 184cm son in Canada. The small bed lay down for two nights. Once again, I will appreciate Ctrip's super service and go to Ctrip.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Millennium Park, Glitter Park, and the Art Gallery of Chicago. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Michigan and the cruise ship terminal. There is a Cantonese restaurant near the hotel, which is very delicate and tastes very good. The net red deep pizza restaurant Giordano's is also nearby. Next to the hotel is a CVC store, shopping is super convenient. The hotel is in a good environment, the view of Lake Michigan can be seen in the room, the service is good, the room is clean. I was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow . If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average
