房間很乾凈，環境也很好。除酒店服務人員差勁其他都不錯的。
前台工作人員讓人無語，我定的高級大床房，前台説那個是特價房，是把邊的房，那你如果是特價房你不要寫“高級”大床房好嗎！然後我這邊有攜程vip，下單的時候就説給我兑換了升級房型了，和前台説明，前台説那是攜程上的，和他們無關，必須是他們自己的會員才可以？我醉了，那房型升級上面是不是寫的已確認？已確認難道不是你們已確認？那你們不認攜程為何在攜程上掛着？和攜程取消合作就好了呀，這不掛羊頭賣狗肉嗎？當然，雖然最後的最後你是給升級了，但整個流程讓人非常不舒服，明明預訂單寫的很清楚，我正常的權益卻變成我要求了！還特意讓我給你好評，你覺得如果你入住，預訂與到店不符你會覺得很舒服給好評？
