Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!"

I called the front desk twice to ask them to address the issue, and they told me they could change my room. But wasn't the hotel saying they were fully booked when I checked in? How come there's a quiet room available now? I didn't want my trip to be ruined, so I endured it. The hotel clearly knew about the situation downstairs but failed to inform me beforehand and didn't actively address the problem. The service was extremely poor. Even at check-out, the front desk staff completely ignored me, showing absolutely no service awareness."

It's on the same floor as last time, but separated by one room. However, the glass in the room still has cracks. The showerhead in the bathroom has too much limescale, making the water flow very slow. Currently, the parking lot on the southeast side is under construction and repairs, so you can only enter and exit from the north gate. There are also far fewer parking spaces than last time."

"I booked a hotel near the exam venue for one night while preparing for an exam. The next morning, a man knocked on my door, asking why I hadn't checked out. I hadn't checked out, and now another guest was checking in?! This shocked me the most. And the hotel didn't contact me at all. After finishing my exam the next morning, I returned to the hotel as usual, but my room key wouldn't open the door. I was in a rush to take my exam that afternoon, so I ordered food in advance. I took the food to the front desk, but they said I had already checked out. My things were still in the room, how could I check out?! They even wanted to open the door for me to take my things! Where am I supposed to go after that? And I still have the room key! Don't these hotels need to verify anything? What if I lose my things? The solution they eventually gave me was an electricity card to temporarily open the door. I took my food upstairs, but the door still wouldn't open. I tried calling the phone number on the room card and the number on the platform, but no one answered; they were all automated. Finally, there happened to be a cleaning lady on the floor, and I asked her to open the door for me. She verified the name of the person checking in and said that the person in this room didn't match me. The more I thought about it, the more terrified I became. I clearly hadn't checked out, so why was it showing as checked out? What if I was sleeping and the next person checked in swiped their room card and came in? I had an exam in the afternoon, and this half-hour delay at noon wasted my time. The hotel still hasn't contacted me or offered any compensation, acting like nothing happened."
