1，酒店名字跟我實際要去的酒店同名，導致錯誤訂房後發現不支持退款2，房間裏的毛巾顏色都已經嚴重發黃，而且有味道3，竟然連免費的飲用水都沒有，房裡價格牌上也沒有標註擺設的飲料以及礦泉水的具體收費情況4，酒店前台服務員的態度真是讓人受不了，我提出應該在房間裏面標明飲料之類的價格，她説～她家都是老顧客，一般都知道多少錢！我真的無語了，就是説新顧客不接待嗎？ 早上着急去處理一些事情，懶得跟她計較了，難道她不明白這樣做已經觸犯，也違反消費者知情權嗎！再也不去她家了

來他家至少十多次了吧，不説別的，就算幾十的賓館標配也有兩瓶水，他家沒有，一瓶五塊錢大瓶水往那一放愛喝不喝。再來説衞生，今天沒有脱鞋明天沒有紙巾，來一次什麼都要給打電話現要。這次來找不到紙巾打電話再問，沒有紙巾了。很納悶酒店標配啥啥都沒有，一個紙巾窮不了家富不了路的，真不至於。最後説下隔音，非常不好，而且前台不把控房間人數，好幾次凌晨被隔壁吵醒，一問好幾個人在房間，前台不把控嗎標間住四個人不管嗎，找了服務員讓管管隔壁，服務員告訴我他沒辦法報警吧。**，不會再來。隔壁夢想家房型大小价格一模一樣，服務好太多。
